Hava Gal-On Hava Gal-On presents two bodies of work created between 2022-2024: The first painting series focuses on nautical imagery, while the second is a series about the private-public sphere – the “wilderness” that lies between houses. The two series straddle the line between the comfort and security of the home, and the need to wander towards other horizons. To borrow from the lyrics of Arik Einstein, it’s the liminal space between “liking being at home” and "sitting in San Francisco, on the water.”
