Dreams and Nightmares – A Publication Dafna Talmon adopts a persona reminiscent of the all-knowing village idiot, who watches from the sidelines and remains socially uninvolved. Pushing a decorated shopping cart, Talmon stops the audience at the fair and asks them to write their dreams or nightmares on a piece of paper. She then sends the anonymous dreams to be fulfilled and lets the nightmares go. This is a collaborative action which encourages us to let go of our fears and asks us to dream once more.
